A subscription is required for Apple Fitness+. Requires Apple Watch Series 7, Apple Watch Series 8, or Apple Watch Ultra. Apple Watch Mirroring is available on Apple Watch Series 6 and later. Only Apple TV and HomePod are supported as home hubs. Sharing control of your home and receiving Home notifications require a home hub. 
It requires all Apple devices that access the home to be using the latest software. The new Home architecture is a separate update in the Home app. AFib History is available on Apple Watch Series 4 and later, including Apple Watch SE, and requires the latest version of watchOS and iOS. AFib History is not currently approved and/or available in all regions.
AFib History is for users 22 years or older and diagnosed with atrial fibrillation. Respiratory rate is not available for people under 18 years old. Additional information is available on the labels of your medications, but please consult your healthcare provider prior to making any decisions related to your health.
